But what exactly is camera verification? In the case of data verification (which is what we’re referring to here), it’s whenever a computer reads and confirms printed information. A camera looks at a name, number, address, etc., and verifies certain things. It may be the order and sequence in that your record turns up, in line with the database the computer is matching the information with. It may also verify that every record (page) of a document exists, thus completing a complete job. And, obviously, it may verify that barcodes, IMB, or 2D codes exist, correct, and readable.
Many of these things spend less, some are absolute requirements. Here certainly are a few types of how camera and data verification is combined with packaging, printing, and mailing equipment:
Matching: Banking and financial statements, healthcare records, insurance statements… many of these are full of personal information.
